Why you should follow this program
Optimizing Existing Tools for Effective Collaboration
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the plethora of communication tools available? Our program begins by helping you assess the tools you currently have at your disposal and whether you're utilizing them to their full potential. By conducting a comprehensive analysis, you'll gain valuable insights into which tools best suit your team's needs and how to leverage them more effectively. Whether it's project management software, collaborative platforms, or communication channels, you'll learn how to align them with your team's workflows and objectives. Through targeted strategies and practical tips, you'll unlock the full capabilities of your existing tools, paving the way for smoother collaboration, improved efficiency, and enhanced productivity. Say goodbye to underutilized resources and hello to a more streamlined and cohesive team environment where every tool serves a purpose and drives success.
Transforming Groups into Teams
Have you ever been part of a group that felt more like a collection of individuals rather than a cohesive team? Our program is designed to change that. Through targeted exercises and strategies, you'll discover how to cultivate strong team dynamics and foster a sense of unity among team members. By transforming your group into a highly cohesive team, you'll unlock new levels of synergy, creativity, and performance, achieving goals you never thought possible.
Nurturing Meaningful Social Connections
In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to neglect the importance of social connections. Yet, these connections are crucial not only for our personal well-being but also for our professional success. In this program, you'll take the time to reflect on the quality and quantity of your social connections. By making a conscious effort to invest in these relationships, you'll not only deepen existing connections but also forge new ones. The result? A stronger support system, increased resilience, and a greater sense of fulfillment both in and out of the workplace.
Empowering Personal Growth
Beyond the practical skills and strategies, our program offers something even more valuable: personal growth. By engaging with the material and participating in interactive sessions, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and development. You'll uncover your strengths, identify areas for improvement, and learn how to leverage both to become a more effective communicator, leader, and team player. With newfound confidence and skills, you'll be better equipped to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and thrive in today's dynamic and interconnected world.
Master the skill of staying connected (basic)
Build the skill, by mastering the sub-skills first.
After the kick-start webinar, you will practice building tiny habits (so small you will have no reason not to do it) in the workflow or in your personal life. You will build this skill habit-by-habit, conversation-by-conversation, focusing on 3 sub-skills.
Sub-skill 2
Week 3 - 4
Create a team out of a group of people
Meet your trainer
At the kickstart of your 3-6 week skills development program, you will follow a webinar delivered by Sarah Cherif, founder and CEO of SkillsGym. Here are a few things you might like to know about her:
Sarah's background
Sarah began her career at the University of Ghent with degrees in child education and philosophy, quickly realizing her passion for teaching. Faced with the challenge of helping seasoned leaders develop soft skills without any prior corporate experience, she turned this disadvantage into a strength by creating evidence-based, sure-proof plans to build strong soft skills through habit formation and impactful conversations.
Personal life
Sarah's roots are Belgian and Tunesian, and she partially grew up in Washington DC. She currently lives in Belgium with her partner Nils (who is co-founder of SkillsGym Health), and has a dog named Lizzy.
20+ years of impact
Together with her SkillsGym team, Sarah has helped numerous world-class organizations like Samsung, Deloitte, Ikea... and thousands of managers and their teams improve their soft skills. SkillsGym now offers programs to accelerate the mastery of 50 essential leadership, team and well-being skills.
Fun fact
Sarah tests all the habits and conversations in the SkillsGym offer herself; that's more than 200+ habits and 200+ conversations. Most of them have become second nature. Yet, as you'll learn in the webinars, she isn't shy to talk about the failures and frustrations along the way.
